  We had breakfast at this restaurant yesterday am July 13 as we have done so in the past but I have to say it was sadly lacking in the food dept. The table service was good. We ordered a regular breakfast and when it arrived the toast looked as if it had only looked at the toaster with just a smear of butter on each piece. We sent the toast back and we had almost finished the breakfast by the time the toast came back something like 10 minutes(nicely toasted).For $9.95 it really was not value for money. Perhaps it's under new ownership and they are just sloppy or don't care--we shall not return to this place that we used to enjoy

  Prices online and on the menu do not match. $5.95 breakfast advertised online, but cheapest available in the restaurant is $10. Kids menu is published online, but not available in the restaurant. You have to buy adult-priced meal for a toddler or share your plate with your kid. Long wait for food even if restaurant is almost empty. Outside patio is small but nice, omlette is very good, but a bit too expensive. Ordered tea but got coffee instead :-( I'd highly recommend Cobbestone which is just few steps away from this place.

  Went here for breakfast. It was very expensive and a small portion to boot! The toast was the best thing on my plate... The view was nice, the server was very friendly, the coffee was good... Still won't go back.

  The Good: The quality of food was good, and there is a wonderful view of the Grand River. The Bad: It was so unbelievably hot inside that we decided to eat on the patio. However, after being swarmed by wasps for 20 mins, we were forced into the hot climate. Due to the heat (must have been close to 40 degrees inside) we rushed through our dinner. There was only one lady serving on a busy Saturday, which meant longer than expected wait times. We were at least 20 minutes before being asked if we would like something to drink. During this wait time, I took a walk over to the patio bar out of curiosity, and stuck my head in to see if it was presently in service. From what I saw it didn't appear that this patio bar had been in service for at least 10 years. It was filthy and it stunk terribly. A shame for sure, as they could really make this patio unique and a highlight of Paris. This restaurant has potential, but some money definitely needs to be put into this place to meet the standards of the neighbouring Paris restaurants.
